I think it is a totaly bad workout and will cause a few things to happen. One is you will get overtrained in about a week, two you will get hurt. What website was this?

I think you should add some sit-ups and press-ups to your routine:) Sorry couldn't resist:laugh:
I agree with mutt.

I think that working out 2X daily is an excellent idea. It can be used very effectively to increase the amount of volume or intensity (through increased tbs).
However, I think your workout is crap.
What the hell is a press up?
Why are you working out 6 days a week?
Why are you doing total body workouts and then doing an extra 3 workouts?
Why would you do anything, any exercise for that matter, 6X a week?
I would never recommend training more than 1X a day to anyone other than an experianced lifter, and each of these workouts would be under 45 minutes long. Also, I would not exceed a total of 6 workouts per week for most people.

take a longer rest period between individual body parts....you cant work your full body that often, it just wont have enough time to recover and you wont see as good of results....try checking out some of the programs that they offer here and you should get some good ideas

The guy training this is a Olympic athlete training ( or did train) for the Sydney Olympics. That is why he is lifting like that. In no way should a regualr lifter try that work out on their own.
