So, I hopped on this eating right and working out train back on January 31st -- and I'm glad I did!

Sure, I've messed up a few days, but...

As of today, I've lost 60 lbs -- from 330 to 270! Not bad for 13 weeks, right? I'm averaging a loss of around 4.5 lbs a week. Of course, at the beginning I was losing a lot very fast and it has slowed quite a bit. Nevertheless, I'm very happy and vow to continue the fight! Plus, it's very nice to notice muscles on my body! I was showering the other day and noticed some development in my chest and arms. Cool!

Thanks for all your support!

congrats on ur achievements.. it all sounds pretty damn good... but u shud slow down losing fat.. cuz otherwise u'll have lose skin hanging all over u.. i've read some place here that losing more then 2 pounds a week is unhealthy.. and then.. u don't give enough time to ur skin to get adjusted....

maybe some other more knowledgeable people would be able to give u more advise on it...

keep up the good work tough...

Keep it up, Dave! way to go!

As far as the concern of losing too fast - often when you are heavier, with more weight to lose, you will drop weight very rapidly.

Just don't let yourself get discouraged if the weight loss slows down a little as you get leaner.

Hurray for you!
