Ideally I'd like to find a workout partner but more importantly I need to re-motivate myself and I'm hoping being a member of this site will help!
Goals and motivation
Have lost about 25 pounds so far!
I go to the gym at least 5 days a week for at least 1 hour.
#1 - regain motivation (my junk food addiction has resurfaced)
#2 - trim down body fat (lose ~15-20 lbs)
#3 - increase visible muscle tone
#4 - improve cardio endurance
