Go BB! This is very exciting and I know you will do well. You certainly are a source of tremendous inspiration for all of us, regardless of our individual goals.

Thanks all for the well wishes. It is great to have the support of this group!

I did change one thing today, I hit abs one last good heavy time with a variety of things, from all angles. Hadn't done them since Monday, and thought I better get them in today, as tomorrow starts carb depletion. Training for anything else is done, nothing more I can do at this point. I am in condition, now it is just a matter of "tweaking" it with water manipulation with sodium loading/depleting, potassium loading , carb depleteing/loading, all the fun stuff!! But it is something new to work towards anyway and gives you a final "push" so to speak from the grueling same old during dieting and comp training.:dumbbell::big_smile:

Thanks asimmer...I am doing something a bit different this time. I am trying the sodium loading protocol. I figure this is/may be my last time doing a show, so I am going to do the whole process!!

Sodium loading is what we did - it is nasty, but it is supposed to work.
Why will this be your last?

Just by the way I am feeling...this depletion stage really takes alot out of you. These 2 day workouts and very low carbs are tough. I do this most contests though, and am always ready again. I do plan to go 1 yr. in full with a good bulking program though before my next one. I haven't gone that long in 3 yrs.

Thanks Robert and Am-azon for the kudos!
