Well I've given up smoking so that ones out the window.
Beef_ you can have my 15 lbs & let that be my resolution, clean up the diet to lose an additional 15 pounds by my birthday 12th of March.

Run a half marathon and maybe even run a marathon before the years end....

Well N/Y's resolutions often get broken, don't they?

Mine is simple- clean up my diet even more than I have, gain 10 lbs lean muscle, and not injure my back in the process. I generally fail at resolutions so I prefer to look at these as challenges to be overcome and goals to be met.

Gain 50 pounds of pure fat, stop working out, tell the biggest guy at the gym that he's a wimp and my mama can lift more than he can and qualify for the couch potato olympics.

Yeah, I think I can break those resolutions.

Let's see.... smarta** resolutions or real ones?

To get to bed on time every night and regain my 'scary energy' levels....

To get bigger and leaner and scare the neighbors this summer....

To motivate at least one other person to join the fitness army and regain their health and energy.....

To come in in the top three heavyweight division, and not just because there are only three heavyweights...

Gosh, my to-do list just keeps growing!

But seriously,
Everyone be thankful that you have made it through another year, alive and hopefully healthy!!! Now make the best of the next 365 days!! Take no prisoners!!!

I have a 60% rate on my 10 resolutions from last year. That's pretty good! :-)

This year - I haven't sat down to do them yet, but sticking to my workouts/diet is a big one. I have 20 more lbs to go for my goal weight - that is SO do-able! :-)

I want to get flat abs - which will require drinking more water, watching my diet & getting on the treadmill more
