Hey tarab21!
Welcome back! Good to hear you are feeling better. Everyone has already said it - ease into your routine.
Hope your Dad enjoys working out, that is awesome for both of you! i wish my Dad would do something like that with me.

hey everyone,
well my 2 week break turned into over a month. I had a terrible anxiety attack from STRESS and some of my nerve endings surfaced (shingles). ouch, that doesn't feel too good.
I've convinced my dad to start going to the gym with me! I'm easing into it again...mostly cardio with some weights and ball training at home. Now I'm also eating better again. I never did do too bad actually. Just not as good as I should.
well hope ya'll welcome my sorry butt back :)
take care...

Great to see you back! Great thing to have your dad going with you. Good for the motivation, you can help each other. As Mutt says, miss the posts. Keep in mind one thing all the time, health! This is the main objective we should all be seeking. When you start feeling down, think how much healthier and better you will feel with good training and nutrition. Take it slow, easy, and enjoy it. This is what it should be about first and foremost. Be healty, happy.

Hi tara welcome back. Your suggestion for journaling has been implemented. Seems like a lot of people have taken a break for one reason or another. Hope all is better.
