Just wanted to let ya'll know that I reached my first goal last week of losing 30+ pounds. This site has helped beyond beleif. Especially the nutrition information and support of everyone. I'm also down to 17% bodyfat, down from somwhere above 27% (I didn't measure it until then). So I just wanted to say thank you and hopefully give some people stuggling to encouragement to say, You can do it too! Now on to my next goal of getting down to 12% bodyfat and then building up my muscle from there. Thanks Again!

London:

Well, i just recently joined the freetrainers community, so i don't think i can take any part of the credit for helping you reach your goals=)... BUT, i hope that doesn't mean that i can't offer my congratulations to you! So, congratulations to you! Wow! Doesn't it feel so entirely good to reach a goal?! It seems like you probably have a "big-picture" goal (a big goal), but it sounds like you have broken it down into smaller goals, which i think more of us should do actually. We need to be encouraged in our progress, and breaking down a huge goal helps us see that we ARE progressing (getting closer) to the end goal. Anyways;), enough rambling... just wanted to say "Congrats"!!=)

I've now lost 40 lbs and am at about 15% bodyfat! I'm not sure how accurate those handheld bodyfat analyzers are though. I've almost reached that second goal, thanks again!

Great job london...it really doesn't matter how accurate those things are, just use the same method each time, and use the number as a reference point. Then, as long as the numbers are going down each time, you know you are at least headed in the right direction. A big high five from me to you!! keep up the great work! Keep us all motivated to do better!
