well for the 1st time in 6 months i did a little exercise this may not sound like alot but it is a big step for me after being injured ...i did 10 push ups and 20 chair dips yesterday and it felt good i am a little sore but i felt good going nice and slow......take care

Welcome back, Nellie. Yes, please take it easy. We don't want to lose you again. Hope everything is alright. Get used the soreness again....LOL Just like starting new all over again, but at least time, you know what results you can expect.

Jnellie thats great. Im not sure the injury you had, but I do know that physically and emotionally we all have to be motivated. Your comments have always been so encouraging and I along with the ft. community congratulate you on the Huge WORKOUT you did.
