I was just thinking about what my New Year's resolutions and goals may be and I figured I'd make a post out of it. By the end of the year, I want to bench 390lbs and get my body weight up to a consistant 215-220. I was at 202 just 2 months ago but food poisoning killed that; I still haven't gained that weight back. I fulfilled most of my goals for 2002, so now onto 2003....
Does anyone else have any fitness goals for 2003?

Sure do....I have 3 contests I am entering next year, and I want a first place in my class in the worst way. My goal is to first off be in the best condition ever for these shows, and get my first place trophy!

Yep, I will probably have open heart surgery this year. Im in the gym and working to keep my weight solid so I can get through this and come out ready to rock and roll. I am still wanting the body fat to be 15%. Thats proving to be harder than I had expected...as being dedicated to the eating, working out and mindset is sometimes not on target. But...this is the year! :) Good luck to All on your 2003. CC

I hate to make these cause I never seem to keep them, but that was before i found you all for support. I plan to get down to 240 and get my bf to 20%. Also I want to deadlift 600 and bench 275 for my maxes. Good luck to us all!!!

I do not make New Year's resoltutions. I use my birthday as benchmark to reflect on things. To all who do make New Year's resolutions, wishing you the best and make sure you re-evaluate every couple of months ensuring you are staying on track.
