Used the first " at home workout" and did it with help from my second grader. Keeping him motivated to continue kept me going too! Also made a good smoothie to keep me quenched.

Gained my weight back. Went from 145 to 185. Harder to get rid of the extra fat. I guess age, 57, as something to do with it and the fact that I have lost my self control staying away from junk food......Fat go away.

I am doing core and shoulders on a Monday morning, would rather do chest since I missed the chest workout on Saturday due to oversleeping. Protein shake tastes horrible - vanilla one. I have to drink it though.
