Hello everybody! Now it is time to post your currents stats, and goals!
Here are mine:

I am 5'6 (or 5'7), around 150 pounds (YIKES--my normal weight is 130).

My summer goals:
To be under 140 by August 4
To be 130-135 by September 4

Ultimately: To fit into any of my jeans, and to feel healthy and comfortable in my body.

I'm 5'10". 166, normally 185. I'd like to win the mutt challenge and up my maxes, which pretty much go hand in hand. And, if I can take a couple road trips this summer, that would be pretty sweet too.

hmm...ya know what makes you stretch and be awesomely limber? super hydration. Lots of water, gradual and controlled stretching everyday and tons of patience. I'm nearly blimpsized and I can do a full split on both sides because it was one routine I couldn't give up. It's so relaxing. Too bad, it's such a hassle finding a good yoga instructor here. goodluck! chickaboomGURL :)

you don't look blimp sized to me, you look hot. and the fact you can do the splits adds to the effect.

cup cake........theres actually 4 "kinds" of splits...

middle split......legs straight across, parallel to floore, no "v" shape at all, toros should touch the ground.

left split......left leg exteneded in fromt of you, perpinindicular to body, right leg behind you, still parallel to floore....whole front and back leg should be on the ground, crotch tounche the floor.....for added flexability one should be able to touch toros to left leg.

righ split.......same as left split.....but reversed legs.

How is everyone doing on their summer goals???

I am pleasantly surprised to find that I am not off track. I am at 146 pounds and there are still a couple weeks left for me to whittle away the 6 pounds keeping me from my end of august goals. Here I was thinking that things weren't progressing enough and then I found where I had planned my healthy loss. It feels very good to know that I am keeping my promise to myself.

How's everyone else doing?

I'm 16 years old. At the beginning of the summer I was 6'3", 165. Bench max was 130, I had never done REAL squats or REAL deadlifts. My goal was to gain muscle mass and become more athletic. I now weigh 185, I'm benching 160 or so, squatting about 245, and I'm not sure about my deadlift max. I know that my lifting numbers are still quite pathetic, but I only want to improve, not compare mine with others.

Hi everyone... well unfortunatly I haven't seen any improvements... :( I've actually gained a little weight but I believe its muscle (I recently got my gym membership)... But for the last 3 months I've pretty much stayed the same... been getting stronger though and used to working out again... so I guess I'm moving slowly in the right direction.... Just a little bummed at myself...

My goals are to have a vertical at least in the 30's. I want my muscles to be quicker and more powerful rather than bigger (though I will eventually go through a workout regime for adding some muscle mass).

im 5'9 and 130 lbs (unfortunatly).. i've been dieting the wrong way by eating wayyyyyy too much fat and trying to gain weight but my metabolism is faster than a rocket. the fat isnt good for my cholesterol (im on meds for it AND its a family problem) and my plans this summer are to get a 6-pack and gain weight!

The treadmill and workout videos would bore me too. Try going to a gym or trying a new class...

As for my summer goals, I want to place in the top 5 of the Alleghany Valley Strongman Competition in the lightweight (under 200lb) weight class.
