Hey everyone. Its been one month since i started dieting and exercising and i am doing awesome :big_smile:. I started from being 6'2" 255 lbs and know i'm 6'2" 235 lbs. I swear i feel awesome, my skin is clearing up ever since, i can run longer now. today i ran 20 mins straight. i broke my diet though this weekend, shame on me. Put this should get me back on the right track. even my dog is benifiting from me exercising, she really lost a little bit of weight with the more freguent walks ive been talking her on. My next goal is to weight 225 :). I'll keep you all posted on my success.

Thats awesome, congrats. If for some reason you lose motivation as many do, look at this post and remember how you felt when you wrote this so you keep going!
