I am just about to begin asap but I only have the use of my home to workout and I don't have a barbell or a block or a vertical bench, so what can I do in place of all of these exercises with my dumb bells? Barbell Flat Bench, Presses Deadlifts, , Reverse Calf Raises Push presses, military presses, Barbell Triceps Extensions,Vertical Bench Crunches squats, sissy squats, donkey calf raises, straight leg deadlift
