Did you try posting in the old folks forum (just kidding!)

Must be some people here who will admit their age...

Most of my clients are women over 40, so if you have any questions, feel free to ask!:)

I'm 43, and I found this website last week.
Feel free to email me. I tried posting my Pic but
had some difficulty. I'm 5'4" 155 29% body fat, I'd like to be 23% and 135lbs I do workout 5 times a week.
However, my diet needs adjusting. I have very little willpower. I'll keep trying. Not giving up. I've notice
in the last 2 years my motabolism changed dramaticly.
Good Luck,

Hey moobeth - I'm over 40 and work out regularly (6 days/week). A lot of my friends turned 40 and basically gave up on themselves ... just because of 4-0. Doesn't anybody read the tabloids? Forty is the new 30!!! :)

I am 43 also, I have been working out 5 days per week, this week I am doing 5-8 minute warmup on treadmill followed by three sets of reps (reps are first 12 then 10 then 8) on either my upper or my lower (I alternate days) and then 15-30 min cardio usually 15 on ecliptical followed by 10 on the treadmill as the ecliptical brings my heartrate up to a much higher percentage than I want it to be so I use the treadmill to keep it at a good fat burning zone. I am tired of HEARING THAT 40 IS EQUIVALENT TO DEATH as I love my age, just wish my body would keep as young as the mind!

I am 42 and work out 5 - 6 days per week. Presently I am doing a routine posted in here actually under Rock Hard Fitness Challenge. I change my routine every 6 weeks, but on this challenge it changes every month for 3 months.

For years my weight workout was a 4-day split. I changed it every 6 weeks like clockwork. I would take a week of active rest then change it up. A trainer pointed out that if I was feeling strong and getting results there was no need to stop or change at 6 weeks. By the same token, if I didn't like my workout or wasn't getting the desired results, I shouldn't feel chained to the 6 weeks. Now I work one/two body parts per day (for 4-5 days), get a much more intense workout and never do the same thing 2 weeks in a row. I do 30 minutes of cardio on my off days. This has worked really well for me!
