I've made progress!! I know I shouldn't, but I weighed myself at the gym today and I've shed another pound! I'm so excited!
And, I did my first workout set from FT Professional. Those machine calf raises killed me! LOL! But I did it! Heavy too! I've got marks on my shoulders where the blood came to the surface from the weight. hehehehe
I feel like She-Ra!

Good work! It took me longest time when I first started lifting to figure out where those marks came from... I get them from heavy hipsled/legpresses too.
