I don't know whats going on but lately, (since last Friday) I've been feeling weak, tired and nauseated. Yesterday, I felt so weak and I wanted to puke and that I had to step out of the office and take a little nap in my car. Could it still be that I'm still recovering from being sick a week ago? And nothing much has changed in my diet. Perhaps, my body is just so tired from all the poundage from the last 2 months. What do you think? And the only time I actually rested was when I got sick (fever/hives). I'd like to feel alert and alive like I used to 2 weeks ago.........got any ideas/tips what I can do to make myself perky, up and alive, and filled with energy??

Ok i'm not too sure I totally can answer this but when I got really really really sick in december I THOUGHT I was getting all better because I didn't feel 'as sick' as I did the week before and went back to things as normal. Anyway my cold eventually hit me full swing and I ended up feeling so sick I didn't eat for a whole day (nothing felt like it would stay down..?).. anyway If you were just sick a week ago and still feeling 'kinda' sick you should wait or at least ease up on your exercise until your back to 100%... I wish I did.. that sick day set me back bigtime...

Over training...... Also just because you feel (in your head) that you have recovered from being sick maybe your body is lacking behind. To completely recover is actually a very long and complicated thing (I asked George to put up an article in here about recovering so you'll be able to see it soon).
You need more rest (listen to your body!!). Don't force yourself or you are risking even more time to recover after.
Drink enough water, take your vitamines and glutamine, don't forget your protein shakes and you'll be fine again soon.
All my luck to you!

Ditto to Nina's suggestion about more rest, water and vitamins. You won't lose your muscle mass in a few days...so just rest up there, young lad!!
