COULD MY METABOLISM HAVE SLOWED DOWN BIG TIME BECAUSE I QUIT SMOKING 7WEEKS AGO AND THE FAT JUST HAS NOT BEEN MELTING OFF LIKE IT DID WHEN I WAS SMOKING WHAT CAN I DO TO GET IT GOING AGAIN I DO ALL KINDS OF CARDIO.........GOOD DIET.........

Usually, caps means you're yelling. It doesn't bother me at all. If you're angry, jnellie, just let it out, man. ;)
To answer your question: Yes, it could be because you quit smoking. It could also be because you usually see the most results within the first few months of working out, then it kind of 'plateaus' or levels out. Don't worry, consistancy is the key to your success.
