Most times when I train my arms they get a really good pump, I know this is supposed to be what we are looking for but it can be a little restricting on the last few sets of the workout....any comments guys? How can you have a really good workout but not lock your arms up in the process?

Yes stretching and simply shaking and moving the used muscles in between each set. This will help your body get rid of some lactid acid. And drink!!!!

Just how do you stretch you biceps? I didn't know of any way to do so. I always figured there was a way, just didn't know how. I have in the past tried to flex my arm backwards just a little but boy is it rough on the elbow and it doesn't seem to help much. Would appreciate ya letting me know how.

The only way I ever saw anyone suggest and I 'GUESS SORTA' works is to put your arm straight to your side now put both your arms behind you.. and with one arm pull on the end of your hand.. kind of like your doing a forearm stretch.. but you might slightly feel it in your bicep too.. but on the other hand I usually just go with some curling motions w/o any weight on my rest peroid...

I have someone else stand behind me and pull back on my wrists until they almost touch behind my back. I'm pretty flexible though...

Hang from a wide grip pull-up bar and relax your body as much as possible and hold in for approx. 20 seconds. This is a good to loosen up your biceps, as well as other upper body muscle groups.

One way is to use the top of a preacher bench turn your hands so that you fingers face your legs. Place your hands on top of the preacher bench fingers should be pointing at your stomach, lean forward slightly till you feel a pull in your forearms. I know that is where you feel it the most, but it will help your bis as well. Also shake your arms as well.
