I know that supersets are not the best thing for strength out there, but the added size you get as a result will help make you stronger somewhat, right?

Yes, the added muscle size... due to hypertrophy.

Supersets are good for muscular endurance. And yes you probably would have added size. If your increasing the amount of reps you can do week-by-week in your supersets you’ve obviously got stronger, and you need muscle for strength right.

Correct me if im wrong :)

Supersets are a good way to shock the body/muscles groups out of a plateau. IT does not really add mass or size. A true mass building program is not going to use super sets.

Anthony Ellis' program uses straight supersets and some people claim making extremely good gains with them. I have been doing them this week, and they are taxing, they seem to really burn the muscle and get the hypertrophy, why wouldn't they build your size?

That's true i remember when i hit a plateau i couldn't get past those 8 reps! For months then i was just mucking around for a week doing about 30 reps per set of lighter weights and then i picked up the old heavy ones and did 15 reps! Only after a week i was shocked.

Cause mass building is done in reps of 4-8 not 10+.

I reserve supersets for shocks or when contest training.
