i really want a six pack. i am 15 years old im a guy. i am 5"9 and i weigh around 125 pounds. I think im really skinny and i dont eat junk food. i do 300 crunches a day ( 10 sets of 30 ) and i do cardio and work out at the gym 4-6 times a week. i do crunches 6 times a week 300 times a day like i said above. how many calories should i be eating every day ? PLEASE help
