My present workout program ends on that same day. Looks like I'll be out for 2 weeks. I didn't tell him my secret about exercise. Everything was a success with the endoscopic sinus surgery, and feel really stuffed up! Was in the O.R. for 90 minutes and recovery for 5hrs. All is well. Special thanks to AMY and he great advice.
