Because of a few situations us Mods have had to deal with these last few days, I just wanted to remind everyone that there are certain rules regarding postings here at FTs. Please review them (a sticky posted by FT owner George) under the New Member Thread, as well as my stickies regarding Forum Decorum under the Annoucment Thread.

These rules will be enforced, and if you have any qustions, please do not hesitate to ask any of the Moderators.

Thanks again for all of your participation making FTs one of the top fitness websites on the 'net!

hi i am neew and i run around the blok . my dahter takes me and we get up at 5 and do squates and puch ups and then we will run. what elce can i do

I am having a really hard time getting up in the morning to exercise. am really tired all the time. I need an energy pill that will not get me sick. Anybody any recommendations. I need to loose about 45-50lbs. I need help...

Hi

everyone I am new to the form I just went through a bad breakup my ex fiance my back I need to lose 150 pounds right now I'm at 320 and I'm 5 foot 10
5 foot 11 my target area is my stomach for some reason my stomach has a second pouch underneath that which is very odd but and I need to straighten up my legs and lift my butt

I just started going to the gym, I've done Zumba 3-4 times a week previously.  Different people give different advice on how much cardio and how much strength training is needed.  Any suggestions?
