Welcome to ft! Well, unless there's a wonder drug out there, there's no protein supplement that'll give you mass fast...and cheap at that! You're better off saving your money. Besides, at 16 you should be able to gain mass without using much supplements...if you workout right, have a sound diet and get plenty of rest.

You really should fill out your profile, and let us know your goals and current training regimen so we can give better advice.

Good luck...

Drink more milk and eat more eggs and chicken. Those are some of the cheapest, most accessable, and best sources of protein available. If you still need a supplement, EAS Simply Protein Complete Whey is very reasonable. Its only $30 for 80 servings on Netrition.com. Tastes good, too.

I work with a guy who has been taking Cell tech for about 1 1/2 months and I have been able to notice some bigger muscle. He says thathe can't tell, but it is always the people that don't see you on a daily basis that can tell by looking at you. It is a little on the expensive side though and very lean cuts of beef have a great source of protein with low fat content.

Yes I'm with jbennett on this one saying that EAS Simlpy Whey protein tastes good, easy to mix and not too expensive.

animal max by universal. 5 different proteins (whey, milk, egg), plus glutamine (different from glutamic acid) and creatine. 30g of protein and only 2g of carbs. little more than a buck a serving.

I just saw an ad from Olymp Sports about Pre and Post workout powder.......
Hmmm maybe this has existed for ages but I thought it was quite clever.
You got whey, glutamine, BCAA, Ribose, Tribulus Ter, Guarana and Synephrine in the Pre work out one and Whey, dextrose, creatine, HMB, ZMA etc in the post work out one.

I'm sure that they are gonna sell those ones.....

Just go to your personal info in the top left of the screen and select profile. It's pretty easy to figure out once you get to it.
