Well right now I am at 160 and 5'2". I would like to get to 132. When I started I was 201. I had an accident which destroyed my ankle. I did reach 145, but because of the accident I went up to 180. Slowly but surely I am trying really hard to get to the goal weight. My ankle injury prevents me from doing anything high impact. To all of you best wishes and keep up the great work.

hey i know this doesnt have to do with the topic...but oh well...i was wondering what do you put as the weight input in the program log for crunches and calf raises...i dont put any extra weights on for that so what do i do..help!!!

Ok, I'm starting my workout today and my new healthy lifestyle.
weight: 265 height: 5' 6" Pant size: 22 My 1st goal is to get back into my 16's or lose 50 lbs by Dec 31st. My second goal is to get down to a 12 and/or lose 115 by July 1st of next year. Third and most important goal...get in shape to keep up with my 4 yr old and 1 yr old! :laugh: |

Well, I've been working on my weight for a while! I was 295 at one point but I've lost weight since. I am getting married in possibly less than a year(We haven't decided the date yet b/c he technically hasn't proposed yet)and I have to lose alot before than!! Got to be able to fit in that dress! lol Ok, so here's how it goes:
Height: 6'0" Weight: 260 1st Goal (By Feb 06): 210 2nd Goal (by Aug 06): 160 Now I don't know if I want to lose anymore than that. When I get down to 160 at that point I will see if I look like a have a eating disorder or whatever b/c I am tall and have big bones! I will let everyone know how I am downing later! :)~:) |

I have started my personal fitness program July 7, 2005. I was at 195lbs and am already 181 lbs. My goal is 127lbs. My 30th birthday is in September and I hope to at least be 145-150 by then. It has taken alot of personal will power and motivation.

Hello I weigh 174 lbs, I'm 5'1. I'm 21. 32.9 is my current BMI which is obese. :(
1st goal 158 (-16 lbs) Just overweight 29.9 will be the BMI. 2nd goal 132 (-42 lbs) Normal weight 24.9 will be the BMI. Ultimate goal 120 (-54 lbs) 22.7 will be the BMI. Was hoping to find people my height to help through the process to lose weight. I have quite a bit to go! April :) |

Howdy All! I'm 5'5 athletic build but have managed to hide all that with my weight gain! I'm currently at 190lbs over all goal get back down to 150lbs main focus goal STOP cramming the doughnuts in:laugh: and workout on a regular bases:dumbbell: and the weight loss will come!:big_smile: Easier said then done!!

I'm 6'2 and weigh 255 pounds. I'm fairly muscular with a 52in chest and 38 inch waist. I'm a bit pudgy around the middle and I have skinny calves. My goals are to cut my weight down to 230 pounds. I expect or hope my chest and waist will decrease a bit.

I just passed my 50lb. weight loss goal. :big_smile: I have been weight training for about 8 months and dieting for two years. I want to get down to 210 or so. I went from 296 down to 245 on my six foot frame. I am putting on muscle and loosing about .5 lbs a week.
