As I stated before on another post, the reason most people atrohy is when they don't work out for some time, they stop their quality nutrition plan. If you are only going to be out 2 weeks, just keep the protein intake up, and quality carbs, and you should retain your muscularity. In fact, you will probably come back refreshed and stronger. Do not try to go real heavy the first week back, do one week of acclimation first. Good luck.

Sorry to hear about your back jnellie! 2 weeks isn't very long though, and when you come back I bet you will in fact be more savage than ever!

Just keep your diet clean and a lot of proteins.
You'll be fine jnellie, 2 weeks is no time! (o;

Hang in there....I know it is hard. I love this stuff and being out for a period of time is hard on the mental physcie as well as physical. But you will be back better than ever soon I bet.

Cheer up jnellie. You have come so far. I think you started a couple of months before I did. Lucky you, You only had 35 lbs to lose, now me on the other hand LOL. Counting by 10's to see how I look. :)
Two more weeks might seem like forever but it will pass by. Soon enough you will be doing the gaining mass diet and lifting routine.
Take care and remember you are an inspiration. I think I have seen them refer to you as the savage man. Two more weeks and savage man will be back!!!
