hey i've been working out for about a month now and it seems that im about the same as when i started. i weigh 170 but w/ skinny arms and legs, but i have a belly? I quit drinking beer around october of last year(2005). And it just seems to be staying the same, i workout five times a week, and i run and do abs mon, wed, fri...how can i fix this and get my abs to start showing??

You CAN'T have been doing everything correctly and NOT have seen some improvement...you need to really look at what you're eating in a day.Write it down we tend to forget about our snacks..what our portion sizes really were.Type in "abs are made in the kitchen" into fitbuddy...loads of conversations on this topic.Good luck...and welcome to FT!

what's your training routine?
What's your diet look like?
