Hey everyone just wanted to say HI
I just joined a new gym my last one the owner went bankrupt.I have been training for a long time and I think I finally figured the whole thing out. To gain muscle eat clean train hard.To lose weight eat less clean food and move your ass. Fad diets don't work because they are a bandaid fix for a disease that needs needs treatment. Aquire knowledge and remember chit chat at starbucks not at the gym. Anger managment worked for me.LOL Chow for now peoples................bobbejack...................
