I start my new workout schedule on Monday.
I am wondering, I have strength/lifting scheduled for MWF.
I also have Core Secrets.
Can anyone suggest how to incorporate my Core Secrets program in with the lifting?
Thanks in advance for your help and input.

easiest would be to do the core exercises after your weight lifting session...right before you stretch...or you can do it on a separate day(s)...Tue, Thu, Sat, Sun....
I really hope the secret is not to train the 'upper' and 'lower' abs in some sequence with some oblique work....or 5 minutes of nonstop crunches....I always love those :&

It isn't really a BIG secret so I tell you!
It is a program for toning using a stability ball. I have the 20 and 25 minute workouts but haven't tried them yet.
If you search Core Secrets you should find some info on it!
Thanks all! :)
