I completed my first 8 week FT program of Tone and Weight Loss. Here are my results. Which is right in line with my original goals. I achieved these results by following the suggestions made by the wonderful moderators. I followed the diet (I wish I could say I did it strictly,) my supplements were Ripped Fuel for 6 weeks, and protein shakes 2x daily. I did cardio 3x per week for 15 to 20 minutes.

Weight from 210lbs to 200lbs
Waist from 35" to 33"

I have made, what I think, are some significant increases in strength. My triceps have always looked good, but now I think they look great. I've never had a ball on my biceps, and am now developing a small one. I don't have a six pack, but am starting to see one develop (I'll call it a four pack.)

I took the suggested week off, and on Monday start an 8 week lean muscle gain. I hope to make comparative gains with this program too.

Thank you to everyone who posts, I find motivation in the success stories, and can only hope that mine provides someone else the needed motivation. Thank you to the moderators who provided me the needed knowledge to get this done, I appreciate your insight and experience. I know you all like pictures, I will get one done soon. I want to post my after pic.

Wow, James! Excellent job! I will bet that your results with the mass program will be even MORE significant...trust me on this one!

Keep us posted on your next go around and feel free to ask more questions. Also, I'm glad to see that you are sharing your experience in here as well...

u lost 10 pounds in 2 months?

i mean....good job losing it.....but that doesnt seem alot.....especially for me....cuz want to lose more than 10 pounds....damn...i thought i could lose 10 pounds like in a month.....:(

Imerida... that would be 10lbs of fat. I retained my strength, matter of fact I gained strenght.
