Just thought I'd let all of you know how much I improved in the past month or so:

1)I managed to gain 4 lbs while losing 2% body fat, I'm currently at 11.5%.
2)I've gained an inch in my arms.

3) I'm really starting to get that sixpack I've been looking for.

4)I increased my bench press by 15lbs on my set of six. 5)And I reached what I refer to as the 100% club. I benched my bodyweight 10x's.

My goals for the next month are as follows:
1) Drop another 1-2% of body fat.
2) gain another 1-2 lbs of muscle
3) Increase the intensity of my workouts
4) Lend a helping hand to the newbie's in the weightroom
5) Keep a positve outlook towards my body. And remeber that everyday is a chance to somebody else as well as myself.

Anyone else have any achievements they'd like to post? I find reading people's posts about their own achievements very uplifting, please share.

Nice job Justin - it's nice to hear that you help out the "newbies" - too many people just don't seem to want to help anyone these days - in fact, I think I will adopt that same goal since it is such a good one!

What a nice post; I'm not a newbie to weights but I'm a newbie at my gym and some of the equipment (and the people) are really intimidating. I'm really grateful to the ones who have helped show me the ropes. :)

Also liked this goal:

Keep a positve outlook towards my body

That is one of my goals as well, one of the harder ones, too. Any advice on that?

that is really cool justin, keep on tracking your results they will be a big motivator to look upon how much you've suceeded.
