Ok so if I had done a tad bit more running, and been a little more controlled on the diet thismight be better, but I am pleased nonetheless: Since May, I have lost 6 inches from the waist, went from 320 to 285, and a BF of 36% to 30%. I hope to accelerate this by increaseing my cardio, since I am out of the gym for 3 months due to the baby coming and no money LOL. So when I go back I will update again.

Way to go Mutt sounds like your doing great and how is little Mutt, is the household upside down or have you & your wife gotten used to the change. all the best

No little Mutt is giving us problems LOL he had jaundice and was in and out the last weekend or so of the hospital. But he is better now and yes I am in need of sleep LOL> Thanks for the encouragement guys and gals
