hey guys i was wondering if anyone could recommend a book i should buy concering meal ideas/exercises. i realise that most stuff can b found on this site but there must be some books of wisdom that some of u use.
any recommendations?

There's a book called "The Abs Diet" that I've been told is good. Google it up...

in addition to that, i would just search around this site. check out the nutritional forum recipe thumbtacks.. and abcbodybuilding.com or bodybuilding.com for comprehensive exercise lists.

my guess is that you are looking for something to read up on when you are not in front of a computer, correct???
Here are a few good selections:
The Bodybuilder's Nutrition Book
Nutrition Almanac
The Everything Total Fitness Book
A good place to look for vaulable, inexpensive books also are on Amazon or Ebay.
