fireloard Posts: 665 Joined: 2001/03/27	2002/05/12, 05:18 PM Actually it looks like you've made some excellent progress.. how long has it been since your before picture was taken.. and for the fat.. it looks like your getting real close to what you want and it probably isn't as bad as you think it is.. it looks like your getting down there.. any idea what your current bf% is?
