Hi Grunt - I know about those Wisconsin winters, I grew up in Kenosha. I have a spring loaded door frame chinup bar. I got it at Dick's Sporting Goods. You do need to screw the mounting brackets into the frame, so if you're worried about holes, this option wouldn't work for you. How about some heavy duty bands? You could do lat pulldowns.

A playground would be a great idea, but it gets a little cold here in Wisconsin. It might be a good idea to get one of those door frame bars, but they kinda freak me out and I would wonder if it could damage the frame.

Crazy, I'm from Kenosha too lol. I unfortunately still live here though lol. Yeah I bet resistance bands would work if I could find something to pull them down from.

I was searching around and I can't really seem to find anything on it. I recently moved into an apartment with my girlfriend and am trying to create a program with the equipment that we DON'T have in our little "workout" facility. Cardio is no problem and I think I'm able to get most of the other body with the 2 dumbells that they have there, but how the heck can I get my lats down? I can't even find anything to do a pullup on. I'm clueless, is it even possible?

Find a tree outside...
Are the dumbbells adjustable, or at least of appreciable weight??? You could do DB rows.
