Hey everybody. i dont know if you guys have ever came across Mike Metsner's High Intensity Training. I've read just a little bit about it and thought about trying it out for a while but i want to know what you guys think about it. Good or Bad? Thanks.

I like HIIT it has helped me all around. Faster run times and toning up

I love HIIT training. I do it once a week. It's great for shaking up a cardio routine, and burns calories pretty quickly. I highly recommend it.

He is not talking about HIIT but HIT. One deals with cardio (HIIT) the other is a differnt way to lift weights.....Mike believed all you needed was ONe very heavy set to see reuslts (this is a very pared down explanation for this a lot more is involved).

I think it's great for a short period of time, but it has this huge dogma associated with it with most people hating it, and those that don't hate it swear it's the only way to train.
