Long time, no see...the wonderful world of BB has been good to me. I left you back in May when I just finished a comp in NYC where I placed second(lost to my best friend...that #*&@). I tried to upload the pics from the show into my file but FT is being the "b" word. Anyhoo, I've started training for my next show which is tentative right now. I cleaned up my diet with usual routine....6-8 small meals, plenty of fiber and lean protein and plenty of water. I do a light cardio session for about 15-20 minutes immediately following my workout. With the job its tough to be on a strict eating schedule, BUT HEY, THATS WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO. There are NO shortcuts to acheiving that body and optimum level of health. You're always learning...it just depends on who is giving you the info. FT has probably been the single best sourse of BB info I have ever come across. I came to this sight right after my first show where I did horrible, but after months and months from taking advice from the Moderators, I'm in the best shape of my life and I did 100 times better my next 2 shows. I'll keep you guys updated as I go through my training. :dumbbell:

To have talent is to have limits. I have no talent therefor I have no limits.

If you smoke or don’t wear your seatbelt, please don’t tell me the deadlift is dangerous.
