Good exercises on there...I just don't like how he promotes the "empty stomach" theory when doing cadio in the morning. But good post sir.

could someone explain the principle behind the vacum?
the article also said to do it in the car, at work, whenever. How often do other people do the vacum? when you are doing them how long or how many do you do at a time?

The workouts are all I had in mind, not the nutritional part. Astute of you to pick that up.

BTW du hold your breath after u exhale during vacuum or keep breathing?

Ideally you should be able to keep breathing!!
When you commence breathing, the tendency is to relax that ab wall a bit - you need to stay focused on keeping the muscle sucked in at all times.. don't 'belly' breath like yoga or 'chest' breath like running, it relaxes your ab muscles.
It's actually taught well in Pilates.. when breathing, envision keeping your rib cage closed in the front, and your breath going into your back - your rib cage should expand at the sides and to the rear. You'll really feel this if you practice it while holding in your 'vacuum'.
Remind yourself every 5 seconds to keep that belly button all the way in towards your spine.. you'll be surprised you can pull it back in again a bit.
