So Ive been working out seriousely for about 3 or 4 months and I think I have built a little more mass. Kind of hard to tell though. I realize that I just need to eat more for faster results but it is really hard to get all the calories, carbs, protien, and fat that I need. I guess what I need is a few ideas for easy and cheep meals and snacks that will help. Any ideas would be great.
Also I want to gain about 20 pounds of lean muscle in the next 5 months. Is it possible to gain that much in 5 months?

Protein shakes and bars are great. Yes, they may not always taste great, but when you need a quick meal, grab a protien bar. Need a snack to go, mix a protein shake and fill your coffee mug with it. Simple, cheap, and effective.
Also, don't neglect the carbs. Grab a fruit if your on the run. Hope this is what you were looking for.

I would say that 20 lbs in five months is pushing it, may be achievable by some but would not be typical results... it may take 8 or 9 if youre under 20 or in your twenties... hard to tell since you have no profile...

That's only one pound a week and definitely easy to do.

Again...I'm treading on new ground cause I haven't gone through my mass program yet, however I thought 1 lbs of lean mass a month was an achievable goal(of course this is different for every individual).

Yes, dextrose and malto-dextrin are carbs that you add to your post-workout shake.

10 pounds of real muscle weight in a year is a good amount. beginners may make rapid gains in their first year.

lokk up the post 'How much muscle in a year" in fit buddy, I will also look it up and bump it for you.

I picked up some dextrose today and I have a few questions about it. First, there is only 4 grams of carbs per serving, is this all that I need in a PWO shake? Also, should it only be used PWO?
Thanks for any answers.
