okay i have two questions first is there a way to target weight loss in a specific area only.. for ex. if i wanted to lose weight only in my stomach and arms is there a way to do that? i really want to lose about 20 pounds but i dont want to lose my boobs or butt!! :(
my second question was has anyone tried the lemon diet?? if im going to lose my butt and boobs anyways im seriously thinking of trying it... any suggestions??

I have never heard of the lemon diet, but I would almost guarantee that it won't work.

You can't spot reduce, fat loss comes from all over which will include places you may not want to lose.

Start eating a more often, 5-6 times per day. 3 meals, 3 snacks.
