i was just wondering how you guys fit forearms into your routine??? because i can never find time for them

If you are still working out like you have posted in the past I can see why you do not have time. Cut out some of your sets or movements and add in grip work.

alright ka.. im tryingg . every question getts the same responce with you. :) ive already cut down my arm workouts nd decreased the sets for everything i doo but somethings i really cant change. such as my shoulder workouts. there are so many parts of your delts that it is neccasary to do at least 3 exercises in my opinion. Example: Shoulder Press, Front Raises, and Lateral Raises

If you do not like the same response, then stop asking similiar questions over and over again. What is the point of doing front and lat raises? If you do heavy shoulder and bench presses you will hit your shoulders just plenty. Wrestler said it best "build a base kid". Then worry about the iso moves. How can you sculpt something you do not have?

I have, for the past 12 weeks, done NO isolation moves for shoulders at all, and have started to see some separation between the three parts of the delts. I plan on changing things up a tad next week, but for the most part, still no major amount of isolation moves.

Forearms will get worked with deadlifts, presses, bent over rows... if you want, maybe throw in a movement.

I usually do fore arms on leg days! But if you don't have "time" something isn't right with the routine.

As far as the shoulder workouts, you hit the front of the delts with just about all upper body pushing movements, I would skip the front raises. IMHO.

If you stick to the big compound movements your shoulders will get plenty of work.

Have you seen the strongmen guys? Most of their training is heavy compound movements, with little or no direct iso work at all.

XXmister....

I have never trained my forarms and they are rock hard....

want to take a guess why? well it's not because of wrist curls...I deadlift and I deadlift HEAVY....that's all you need....

If you want to put extra emphasis....do thickbar holds or curls...you can buy a handle with a 2"-3" grip.....it will blow up your forarms and your supporting grip strength....

Seriously stop focusing so much on every little isolation lift....If you're taking lead from FLEX or other bodybuilding mags then stop....the guys you see there are big time steroid users....this is why they can do endless amounts of crap exercises and still get great results...

I havent done isolation in a long while and dont miss it one bit.....

Standing military presses, push presses, and jerks will blow up your shoulders.....and yes the whole shoulder takes a beating....also front delt takes a hit from just about every shoulder exercise so training them separately is a waste of tiem and only will lead to imbalances.....instead do rotator cuff exercises to keep your shoulders healthy...
