Well after a month at the same waist measurement I took a measurement this morning. I found to my utter delight, that another inch did indeed bite the dust!!! So I now have a 6 inch loss since late march. Ok enough gloating, just had to share with someone!!!

Right on Mutt! You the man. I'm torn between joy and envy. Ironic you've used the word "utter." If I don't lose some weight soon, I may have my own kind of "udder" delight. Moo. lol

I eat 5-7 small meals a day. Mainly chicken and steak and tuna with rice. Also all the fresh veges I can get along with oatmeal and eggs/egg whites. I workout heavy and hard each time I go in. On the weekends I am very active around the house getting ready for my baby to come in a few weeks. Other than that nothing really I think that I have found the right amount of food vs the right amount of activity. I dunno otherwise...like I said I do not really hit the cardio that well..mainly since it has been so hot this summer..I like to run or walk or bike outside..I plan on increasing that as soon as it cools off.
