fact: if you run 3 miles, then you will burn off about 0.8 to 1 pound of body fat. 100% fact, try it. run 3 miles a day for 7 days and burn off 7 pounds!! but don't:( bec. it not good for take rest

So why are the same people at the gym who run 5 miles 3 times a week still look the same? Just where did you get this info from?:big_smile::big_smile::big_smile:

ummm, do you have the research for that?
You could lose seven pounds of water weight that way.

that's how wrestlers and boxers lose their water weight before weigh ins.....wear jogging pants and hooded sweat shirts with smart fit or amrour wear under their clothing and sweat out the water weight....it can be more than 7 pounds alot of the time....everybody can hold different amounts of water...it is a fact, but it's nothing that can't come back the next day

I run all the time.. as I have posted before, I am 23 pounds over my "ideal" weight... I run 3 miles a day, 5 days a week (most of the time, been experimenting lately) and I do not loose a pound... Fact? no.. I think fiction. At least in my case.

Now if we had someone who hasn't been execrising at all & kept their diets the same(or be mean & cut it to something that they should be eating) - I could see that happening - otherwise I think fiction too
