Hey, everyone.

Here is my problem: I am thin, but i have a belly with love handles. I want to lose the belly and love handles, but everytime I cut weight, people tell me I look too thin. This is why I have been posting questions about transdermals or other supplements etc. I really only want to shed the fat in that area and not lose weight all over. I don't know what to do because I have no interest in looking too thin, yet I hate the belly. I have been contemplating meso therapy just because I don't know how else to handle this. I eat right, I eat a lot of protein etc., I just don't know how to accomplish my goals without my overall appearance suffering.

If anyone can help me at all I would appreciate it.

Don't listen to them. You have goals; don't let those 'people' get in the way. With hard work and determination, you can have the body you want.

Forget the supplements. Are you keeping a training and food log? I bet if you recorded your food intake for a few days you'd see the problem. And how intense are your training sessions? Are you really maximizing your output?

Be real about your situation. Take control. Identify the factors holding you back and overcome them.

Why don't you focus on adding some muscle? The fat should resolve as you add al ittle mass with heavy compound training.

And it would prevent you from looking too thin. Instead, it would just make you look hot.
