Other day I hit a new P.R! My upper chest has always been a week point, cause I never did it lol. So latly I have been always doing db incline presses.
I pyramided from 80x8,90x7/2 so I was like what the hell lets try it, I tried the 100s and got it 3 1/2 times, and 2 negsatives lol
Strange I can do that but not on incline barbell.

Awesome, bigandrew!!! I've dreamt about those 100 pounders, but I still pick up the 30's and 40's when at the gym. LOL
Way to go!!!

Andrew..I found that incline DB flyes will do wonders for you...They are more of an isolation exercise and do wonders especially in combo with incline barbell bench and dips. I increased my bench by a good 100 using it..I started with 50s and went to 110s for 8 reps...when I came back...I was shocked...I seemed to make much better progress with this method... light 5-10 min cardio...I did 3 sets of 6-12 reps of incline DB flyes, then 3 sets of incline bench of 6-12 reps, and then either 3 sets of dips for as many reps as I could or perhaps cable flyes for 3 sets with 8-15 reps....I maxed out at every rep range tho...Did wonders for me...My friend is doing similar program now...and he's getting great results too... you can also do variable of presses and flyes holding DB at 45 degrees...which my friend insists better hits his pecs...hoep this helps
