weight training - 5 time a week
cardio - 2 - 3 times a week
i either do cardio on my off days (e.g. sat, sun) or i wake up early before work, do weights. When i come back from work i do my cardio.
Today i messed up. I was supposed to put the alarm for 6am but i accidently put it for 6pm. Thank god i woke up just in time to get to work. Now i dont want to miss my cardio session today.
Can I do the following just for 1 day? Do weights. Have protien. Do my cardio work which would consist of just running around the block (as opposed to my usual eliptical at the gym).
