For those who are familiar with personal training, what would you suggest as a 1-day whole body workout (including stretching, core to assistance exercises) program for a woman in their 40s - something to mix it up from the mundage, but something basic and will be great for a 45min workout??? I would suggest 3 per week. Will you be in a gym or at home? And what is your goal?
