Just needed to make a quick post that I just got my final grades for this semester, and I finished with a gpa of 3.88! I feel great, and I know that a big part of my success in school can be attributed to the reduced stress from working out. Fitness crosses over into other aspects of your life as well!

Congratulations!! Yes, all aspects of your life can be affected by how fit you feel. There is much more than a great looking body attached to this fitness thing.Great to hear of your progress and success. Keep posting those accomplishments!
