GUys, guys...its not the size...its how you use them :)

Ravin - Mutt is a lot leaner than his photos, I keep bugging him to update them - he has lost a tremendous amount of weight.
And jay is losing weight steadily...

Please don't stand in judgement just because you may be farther along on the path than others...they will catch up to you someday.

mido, you're not eating enough. And believe it or not, you have other body parts, other than your arms... train them too.

I can definitly say any arm over 17 inches is huge. I can still remember looking at bodybuilders in the gym when I had my 13 inch pipes and they were sporting 17 inch guns. Now that I am at the 19 inch level and reaching for the 20 inch club I can say one of the most important things to remember that people neglect is bombing your triceps. They are over 2/3rds of your arm mass and will make you or break you. For you younger people out there stick with it you will be to your goals before you realize it.

lol, I feel like such a slacker on this site. I keep hearing about all the bodybuilders here and I'm just looking to stay healthy and lose a couple inches off my waist line. Am I on the wrong site for this? Congratulations to everyone who seems to be doing so well.

I'm 15 and currently my biceps are 12.5" unflexed, is that a good size to start wearing sleeveless shirts, or would that look stupid?

Some actually ask steve and I this question. To be fair he was asking us about chest movements before steve said something about front squat, but it was still pretty funny.
