i have finished 5 weeks of therapy now but my neck to my arm is still in pain but i got the go ahead to walk just walked a mile and it felt good i have put on 12 lbs since sept and have started to eat good again kind of got away from it for a while...lol...lol..they say it takes time to come back from nerve damage....and the therapist said i will not be able to lift heavy again..but just lite weights...i am getting better ...take care
