I just had to happily announce that I had my very first consultation with my first client. She has already signed up for 4 more sessions (1/wk). It was a great feeling being able to truly connect with this girl. She has an excess of 100lbs to lose but was totally positive and ready to start!

Way to go Pat!! Helping people is so cool. You will be able to take great pride if she stays with your program and has success. Congratualtions, and here is to many more to come.

THanks!! Her HR person at work was asking all about me and she asked if it was ok to pass my name out. LOL It happened quite suddenly I already work as a vet tech 30 hrs a week and my husband and I have our own business as well... and we train about 2 hrs daily and take a martial arts class 2times a week....the hardest thing if finding time to do it. :)
That's ok though! My goal is to help others...I have an advantage over many trainers....I have been there before...I used to be that girl who weighed 230+.

Awesome. Your own progress alone should be a huge motivator to clients, showing them that it really CAN be done. You should show them your pictures. There's definately no substitute for experience.

Congradulations. Great to hear the news. It is nice, maybe this great disease will spend and spend until the whole world is nice and fit. Wouldn't that be nice? Keep up the great work.
